Review summary

I sailed the East/West Caribbean on the Caribbean Princess from 14 -28 July. A quick review : Food - Adequate. Buffet - Small, and limited choices. Entertainment - Amateurish, terrible. Staff - Brilliant. The only saving grace. And why, why, why was there no Caribbean rum on the cruise? A ship named the Caribbean Princess, sailing the Caribbean. That's just ridiculous! Princess cruises, you had your chance, and you blew it.

Yup, definitely need to stay with Carnival.

Entertainment...we were bored. Staff were fine. Princess is for an older group than us.

Hard to believe there was no Bacardi rum on the ship or Cruzan. Yeah the buffet is smaller than Golden Corral. Maybe Carnival would be better choice for you.

Liquor choices r terrible on the Princess. Who ever took a Caribbean cruise and didn’t have Corona beer at least at the pool. No Carib or Del Sol either. I agree staff was wonderful but first and last cruise on Princess for a lot of other reasons also.
