Review summary

Princess is going the way of their sister ship Caravel without the price discounts. It’s service has gone from excellent to ok! They have cut entertainment, food and services. They are nickel and dime you to death! And Customer Seevice is not good. May be a time to switch cruise ships .

I was on the same cruise...and service and staff was excellent. I was on Carnival Sunshine June 29-July 7 and service was so much better I loved both cruises, but service was better on Princess. Just my opinion!!

We felt the same way about Royal Caribbean when we were sailing on them out of Panama. It was so bad, we almost gave up cruising! 😱 We usually sail on Princess & do when we can. Since we are close to Galveston we decided to give RC another chance & it was better. But I see all the cruise ships doing it, because we all know the bottom line is money. I hope the cruise lines realize that you can do both, have good service & reasonable sale pitches. I hope you will continue to cruise & find a cruise line that makes you happy.
