Review summary

I always felt Princess Cruises were the best cruise line until this one. It is now just average. This is because they did not do as they promised. They promised on board credits because they removed one of the Ports. We asked about this and were asked for proof. We found the proof and were told that the contract was changed and we needed to contact our travel agent. Because of the poor cell phone connection was poor we lost connection three times. The agent could not get the information to us. We returned to the ships customer services and were told that they did not have enough informational help us. I paid for 7 people in four rooms. Princess has moved down in our opinion.

If it were not for our steward, Allan the rating would be much less. The room was always cleaned promptly. He was there when we needed him. The toilet was the problem. We had to call them several times during the trip

In the future you might want to use a Princess Cruises vacation planner. They are employed by Princess and can help you with all aspects of your cruise. Including on board credits. Using them I don't believe there would have been a contract issue and if there was they could handle it for you.
