You will love the Caribbean Princess. We were concerned because we have typically sailed with Holland America.. and I think we will sail Princess from now on. We just disembarked (as seamlessly as we embarked). The medallions make everything breeze. There are informational or interactive screens throughout the ship that are great for grown ups and kids alike.. we never felt crowded.. whether looking for a spot in the pool or a place to eat. The staff was wonderful on all levels. The food was excellent in the main dining room. We loved our cabin steward and dining room stewards.. shopping is pretty good on Caribbean Princess.. I can not wait to sail on her again.. We had a mini suite and it was perfect size for two people.

For my first cruise it was awesome it was beyond my expectations. I can’t wait to do another one.

Not one complaint from embarkation to debarkation. Customer service was a cut above. Loved everything about Princess cruise lines!

Would do it again in a minute on the Caribbean Princess without the teenage boys. I would like to take the Western Caribbean and Panama Canal. Alaska again as well as the Fjords of Norway

We went on our first cruise ever. This experience was amazing. Everything about Princess Cruises is top notch. We put a deposit down on another Princess cruise before we left! I can’t hardly wait for our next vacation.

This was a family trip to celebrate birthdays and an anniversary. We did things as a group and separated. We enjoyed the cruise.

We had a great time. Nothing whatsoever to complain about. We will definitely cruise with a Princess Cruises again.

I took my daughter to celebrate her birthday and she was a first time cruiser. She loved it. The only downfall was the casino. So many people complaining about the machines being so tight and I only ever heard 1 jackpot announced. Several people I sat next to had spent between 6 to 10k and nothing in return. Next cruise I’m not gambling. Everything else was exceptional.

For 1st time cruisers, make sure you READ up on your ports of call, book your excursions early and make sure your seating times for dinner are later - 7 - 7:30 or later. Also plan your day before on sea days and pick only activities you can see and do. Can't do it all and it gets overwhelming,.

This was a good itinerary for us. Four back to back port stops made it fun and exciting. Weather was magnificent and outside of making a poor choice in Belize for the shore excursion, This was one of our best cruises out of the 14 we have done. Love this ship - it was our third time we cruised on her and will again. The service is beyond your expectation.

Beautiful ship. Great itinerary. Princess is a nice CruiseLine. The medallion experience is great. Makes boarding a breeze and easy to find people you are traveling with.

Just few comments to help you improving your business worldwide, as people from other countries also want to go for a cruse with Princess: - Your site does not explain clearly how to contact an agent. - I had to ask to a friend living in US find and or talk to Princess to check wether there was an agent In South America. He at the end found out someone in Rio de Janeiro. I the site I opened myself I could not find the list of agents by country, not sure why. - I also did a call to your 0800 in US trying to find out more information, but again I was directed to talk to an agent, even saying that I was not being successful on this. - I know I did a late reservation, but asked the agent to keep looking for a balcony instead of ocean view, but again, no feedback at all from him or from Princess, and not sure my request went thru the Princess system.

Great B2B cruises, 5/18/19-6/1/19! First time on a Princess ship, after 12 cruises mostly with Carnival and RCCL. There is a difference in age groups, no doubt, and therefore the activity level is much more relaxed, but it was a nice change to really slow down and enjoy every moment without having to fight the crowds. Caribbean Princess is a beautiful ship.

All hands are hard workers. Enjoyed the food, activities and crew! Embarkation needs a little work. Suite had ample storage. Needs shelves in bathroom.

From start to finish it was amazing, not to mention it was our first time on princess but we are looking forward to another trip with them

2nd Princess cruise. Room was small, food not quite ok, really boring. The shows were ok, the magician was good. 12 metre regatta in St. Maartin was awesome. Liked Carnival much better. Trying a Royal Caribbean next. Probably will never do Princess.

Overall a good experience but doubt we will sail Princess again. Food was average, balcony room was small, older crowd so not a lot of energy on the ship. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the crew was terrific. We think the “fun” of a Carnival cruise is more to our liking but I’m sure many would prefer Princess.
