Review summary

You will love the Caribbean Princess. We were concerned because we have typically sailed with Holland America.. and I think we will sail Princess from now on. We just disembarked (as seamlessly as we embarked). The medallions make everything breeze. There are informational or interactive screens throughout the ship that are great for grown ups and kids alike.. we never felt crowded.. whether looking for a spot in the pool or a place to eat. The staff was wonderful on all levels. The food was excellent in the main dining room. We loved our cabin steward and dining room stewards.. shopping is pretty good on Caribbean Princess.. I can not wait to sail on her again.. We had a mini suite and it was perfect size for two people.

With the medallion, boarding is a breeze...we walked up to get in line to begin the boarding process....the port people met us at the door, and asked if we had medallions...He scanned our medallions...and we were on our way up to our cabin..

The medallions are awesomely easy! It just feels good when the waiters and salespeople call you by name before you tell them your name. Our cabin would unlock for us as we walked up.. I put my wristband on and kept it on all day. It was comfortable whether in the pool or just walking around. No more trying to keep track of the ship’s card..
