Not one complaint from embarkation to debarkation. Customer service was a cut above. Loved everything about Princess cruise lines!

I spent most of my spare time in the Adult only pool and sauna. There were both a dry sauna and steam sauna, no additional cost. Although there was a great fitness center there I did not take advantage this time.
Entertainment

I did not partake much in stage shows and that but they were always full of people for most events. Led me to believe that they might be of good quality.
Service and Staff

Service and staff were a cut above. From room steward, to wait staff, and customer service. No one made you feel as if asking a question or asking for the service that they were there to provide was bothering them. My customer experience was one I won't forget!
Ship Quality

Hand sanitizers AND soap and water at dining room entrances. Adult only areas were nice, although I don't recall very many children.
Cabin / Stateroom

Beds were soft, and the down comforter was amazing. I like the complete darkness interior room allows for sleep.
