We went on our first cruise ever. This experience was amazing. Everything about Princess Cruises is top notch. We put a deposit down on another Princess cruise before we left! I can’t hardly wait for our next vacation.

We were dropped off at the port by my friend who lives in the area. There wasn’t a line, just people moving along. The medallions worked very well in making this process move so smoothly.

We chose anytime dining. We ate every meal in the Island Dining Room (Plaza Deck 5). The hosts were prompt in finding tables and the waiters were there before we even sat! Every meal was amazing! As a first time cruiser, I was impressed. My husband had the drink package and I had the soda package. He enjoyed his cocktails, and I enjoyed my mocktails. Seriously, I can’t think of any part of our food and drink experience that wasn’t perfect!

We used the gym twice. The equipment was well maintained and up to date. The pools were clean and never overly crowded.
Entertainment

Dwight Blake was amazing! He was born to entertain. His performance at the Crooner’s Bar was a hit! Skywalkers is where we would go after everything wrapped up. The party didn’t end until the club emptied out on its own. What happens in at Skywalkers, stays at Skywalkers! The music appealed to the crowd and the bartenders kept up with the demand.

No complaints here. Our cabin was cleaned all throughout the day. Waiters constantly came by with those dang pastries. I gained 10 lbs from constantly being fed and never saying no! The bartender that was in the Piazza next to the bistro can mix a mighty fine drink and knows how to make people laugh. The waitress that was from the Ukraine that served that area was so sweet. Again, cups and bellies never went empty!

The ship was spotless! Someone was always cleaning bathrooms, tables, wiping down rails, sweeping, picking up cup and plates, etc. This Was cleaner than the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to.

We took an excursion to Magen’s Bay, but took a taxi back to port because we wanted to stay longer. This beach was absolutely one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to!
No excursion booked because we wanted to take public busses and hang with the locals. The hurricane damage was more extensive in the non tourist areas. The locals lost so much after the hurricane, but still had so much positivity in them. These people were some of he nicest I’ve met while traveling!
