This was our first time away at Christmas and we knew that it would be very different. The cruise itself was brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed it and the ship was very well decorated. Carols were sung and Santa came on Xmas Eve to give toys to the children. However, it did feel very different as Xmas day was just like another day. As UK passengers, we were definitely in the minority and as the Americans don't celebrate as much as we do and for this holiday, this was felt. To cruise during this holiday was our choice so no issues with all this but we are unlikely to cruise again over Christmas.

Great trip with a few little bumps that I think could have been remedied if handled differently. Piazzia was exceptional crowded, but the ship was full. Would have enjoyed having that on tv in room to enjoy.

This is a great ship for families!! We had alot of fun on our 14-day cruise.

The cruise was very relaxing, The crew was great. We did some excursions and they we all enjoyable.

Overall the cruise was great. The price was right and the food onboard was hot.

Boarding was easy, never had to go to guest service

Please do not blast this cruise line unless you have a legitimate complaint. If you did not have a great time here, you’re not going to anywhere. The people we encountered who complained would complain no matter where they were. The medallion idea is the bomb and there is something to do for all grownups. This is not a ship for kids, so go to Disney for that.

Overall we had a fantastic cruise to celebrate our 35th anniversary. The food, service and entertainment were excellent. The excursions we chose were also pretty good in general but not as exciting as other more costly ones.

We are Ruby members and the food did not seem as good as previous cruises. No midnight buffets or chocolate extravaganza night.

Great Cruise as Panama Canal was a bucket list for me. Because of that and a free drink package, we didn't do any excursions.

Wonderful time overall and the medallion has to be the best invention since toaster. All I can say is Do it, don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

A great way to get to many southern islands and 5 sea days for relaxation.

A nice cruise for sun and relaxation. Food was not great and we feel the noise on board was unnecessary. Passengers are not deaf, on the whole, and the amplification in shows is so. Loud if ruins the enjoy,met. So we stopped going.

The itinerary was excellent and the passengers were amicable and friendly. Much of the Princess staff did an outstanding job. But there has been a deterioration of the Princess Brand. The food quality has diminished, the service has slipped (in the Horizon Court especially) and the constant hawking of jewelry is just plain annoying. This ship seemed incredibly LOUD compared to the other 6 Princess voyages I have taken (similar itinerary on 2). The MDR dress code was ignored and the SPA was an unmitigated disaster (which I am still living with). The Princess Brand seems to have been morphed into Carnival now and that is something I have to seriously think about before future cruises.

We have cruised Princess a number of times and will do again if the right itinerary comes along on a more modern ship but this cruise was very average

I have take 25 cruises in my lifetime so far. This was the worst one. I have been on many other cruise lines beside Princess. Many Princess cruises but this was a big fat disappointment! I suggest trying another ship or cruise line if you are going to do the New England trip! Save yourself some grief!

Nice trip but overcrowded common areas all day and night.
