Great trip with a few little bumps that I think could have been remedied if handled differently. Piazzia was exceptional crowded, but the ship was full. Would have enjoyed having that on tv in room to enjoy.
Embarkation

I had medallion ready, but my paper said priority and didn’t get any. I finally said so after about a 15 minute wait with a boarding number. Somehow that would have been nicer at the beginning. I felt it was a bit disorganized
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Club dining is the way to go. Having a club mini suite is worth the extra. Not a fan of buffet. Specialty is fine. Loved the sandwiches and sweets at Piazzia. Regular dining was just ok.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Lots going on, but didn’t participate in a lot.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Bravo was outstanding. Performers and musicians were great.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Victoria, our table waitress and Conrad were the best. She always knew when my husband would want his coffee and was able to suggest what she thought I’d like to try. Cristina, our room steward was always available and refilled ice, got us a corkscrew and was fine about cleaning all the sand I returned with and left in the bathroom. Bernie, the activity director was wonderful. Jerry with pop choir made a great experience for us.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The ship is well maintained and holiday decorations were great. There were plenty of hand sanitizer stations and sings to remind about cleanliness. I was a bit surprised that I didn’t see people cleaning stairwell railings or carpets often.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Love the size of mini suite and balcony. It was perfect for each of us to have space and 2 TVs with all the bowl games for my husband. It was very easy for him to sit on large couch rather than going to under the stars or bars to watch. As senior citizens it was great to have so much space for a 2 week cruise. Our cabin was D501.
Ship tip
Not a fan of how tours were handled. Everyone disembarking at the same time, tours, and just getting off was harder for older people or those that have mobility issues. Long walk on dock to find tour group. We cancelled 2 excursions because of how difficult it was not meeting as a group on the ship and taken to transportation.
