We had A marvelous time. Princess Cay was a plus especially in the rented bungalow. We could see the ship from the beach or from our bungalow. We could sit inside the bungalow with the air conditioning or ceiling fan, or outside on the porch in the lounge chairs The food was very good.

The new medallion and app did not do what they were built up to do. We could not get activities on the app at all. We tried to order drinks from the app and never received them.

Great smooth sailing. Enjoy the cruise. Relax and have a few drinks and try the desserts. Remember if you want more of something in dining room ask for it they will be happy to bring it.

Great to be cruising again. Princess crew and staff excellent. Need to improve food quality and fill staff shortages in dining rooms.

I am sorry.They shouldn't be sailing unless fully prepared.Too many mistakes.I have voiced my concerns at service desk.Havent talked to anybody that seemed happy.

This was our 2nd cruise this year & it was great!!

Avoid the Caribbean Princess at all cost. This ship either needs to be scrapped or gutted and start over. Too many things wrong with it.

Our ship was one of the older ship… smaller and better

Really loved getting away for 15 days and seeing the Panama Canal. Great older, smaller ship. Really enjoyed relaxing on deck and eating whatever I wanted. I miss you Caribbean Princess! They added a 4 day extension after San Francisco to Canada. At first they were asking for a lot of money but right before the cruise they dropped the price to very cheap. We couldn't make our schedule work but many other (mostly Canadians) opted for the extension. Two days before Princess decided to go to dry dock early and cancelled the extension. This was devastating to many people. They tried to make flight accommodations but were having a hard time. One guy we talked to was being flown to an airport 4 hours from his home. Princess just said they needed more time in dry dock but pretty sure it was because there was several covid cases onboard. Unfortunately that soured many people's trip.

And I will cruise with Princess at every given opportunity! Love!

Too few stops after Princess Cays was aborted and Grand Cayman taken away but overall the cruise was relaxing although I won’t be cruising in Caribbean again during Spring Break week too busy and standards of dress and behaviour were a lot lower than week before.

Nice ship. Good crew. Super bad service at lounges and pool desk. App is worthless.

Overall an excellent cruise ship experience. The pros of this ship are the large number of pools (4) and the classic style--lots of wood. The wrap around promenade deck is an asset (yes you do have to use stairs to completely walk around the ship). Loved that you could find many places to sit that were unique alcoves and allowed people and ocean watching. Almost felt like being on your own yacht. Thought that the specialty dining rooms were wonderful--but the main dining and buffet were average.

With the ship at very low capacity, it was nice to enjoy the ship. The ship did a great job to have the passengers enjoy the super bowl and Valentine’s Day.

Cruise was great but shore excursions from RCI was terrible, very very disappointed

Took a family cruise with my wife's side of the family, 7 of us total. Thank goodness for the Princess Plus package that included a night of specialty dining, prepaid gratuities, and unlimited beverages. That was one of the coolest ways to celebrate our anniversary.

We did enjoy the cruise. Didn’t get to port at Belize due to wind. Costa Maya was not on my review option but we did go there and enjoyed. Did Mayan ruins excursion and recommend if you like history.

I have been on over 20 cruises, tried many different Lines. Princess was not the best. Food, entertainment was very lacking...

The medallions make it easy to order drinks, find shipmates, enter your cabin and get on and off the ship.

Enjoyable and relaxing. Never went to bed so early or slept so late on any cruise. Food was good but not exceptional most nights with the exception of the steakhouse. Shows were amazing. Left me content with sticking to Carnival in the future without feeling I am missing out on anything. It is a MUCH older demographic however. There were literally on 2 guests below age 18 on the entire ship. I loved my second cruise in a row with no children, but wouldn't recommend for families at all.
