Review summary

I am sorry.They shouldn't be sailing unless fully prepared.Too many mistakes.I have voiced my concerns at service desk.Havent talked to anybody that seemed happy.

Just disembarked this morning and wish we could’ve stayed on the Caribbean Princess. One of our favorite ships and cruises!

Agreed...they are not following their own health protocols...folks on board saying buffet full self service when the website says crew still serving...folks assume it is because not enough staff...then lower capacity...IMO they will lose more money as folks get frustrated and stop sailing princess. Also wonder what other protocols they are not doing but in order for us to board we have to comply...they should hold up their end as well.
