We reserved 6:00 dining time for main dining room, but had to go to My Time dining room at 5:45. Food in the main dining room was fair, and selection was not good. Almost like they were trying to force you to pay $30 to $40 for the upgrades. Food in Windjammer was okay, but selection never changed

Dining services in the Minstrel was excellent. Manuel and Luciane were great and the Supervisor Tony made us feel great!

I booked my time dining, and it worked out very well for us. I loved the waiters and they got to know us and our dining preferences. We also got to the solarium early to enjoy breakfast outdoors by the pool there.

Good price, but for a reason. Cruise ships are cutting back on the quality of their entertainment, food, amenities etc. you get what you pay for.

Buy the alcohol package if you plan on drinking any more than one drink a day!! You will sink a mortgage payment on your bar tab if you don't!

If you want to sit on lounge chairs together try to be out by 9-9:30AM. You can always eat your breakfast by the pool, taking turns going into the Windjammer and bringing it back. Don't forget that there is also food nearby at the Park Ave area and for lunch they bring out picnic food like subs.

Dining Room service for breakfast and lunch was a bit slow and we quickly realized that the Windjammer buffet had the identical items - it was a lovely buffet and I am not one that usually likes that sort of thing

Brilliance of the Seas is more concerned with the financial aspect than satisfying the issues experienced by the passengers!

GO! The transatlantic cruise was Fantastic! There were so many activities and special events on this cruise, there was barely enough time to attend all of them. It was never a dull moment. We enjoyed every minute!
