Review summary

A lot of the staff on Brilliance of the Seas make you feel unwelcome. Bars are always closed. You can't even find a Pina Colada. Missed my excursion. Was instructed to clear the area and go stand in a corner. Be prepared to spend a lot of time climbing stairs or be prepared to waste a lot of time waiting for the elevators. You can spend 20 or more minutes at the elevator waiting. The only announcements on the ship are to encourage you to book another while on board. The only organization on the ship is at the end. Their system to get you off is pretty fast.

We enjoyed everything about our Cozumel cruise. Crew was awesome, ship was clean and beautiful, always something to do and the food was bountiful. We already booked for next year ;-)

Just got off this ship last week. Had a very enjoyable time. Only took the elevators once, I like to think I burned a few excess calories by choosing the stairs. All in all a great experience. Smoothest embark/disembark process I've experienced yet. Very clean and upkept ship. There were a few things we noticed some apparent minor budget cuts as compared to the cruise we took on the same class ship with royal 4 years ago...but in a world full of Bernie/Obama supporters expecting free handouts, what large corporation doesn't have to make some budget cuts? Leaving Tampa Bay under the Skyway Bridge was an oddly enjoyable experience as well. Would definitely recommend and already discussing a possible cruise next year.

I was on this ship a month ago. Definitely not the same experience.
