Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Balcony

we had a positive cruise but negative response to the issue of obstructed balcony even thought  all three cabins paid for unobstructed balcony's. Room numbers are 8662 and 8162

Cabin / Stateroom
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Onboard Activities
Children's Programs did not attend any
Entertainment some good and some not so good
Service and Staff crew members who served our table 314 and in
the tables out side windjammer, first name Nittin was very attentive to our needs.
Food and Dining
the food in dining rom was excellent but the food in windjammer was only mediocre.

Brilliance of the Seas is more concerned with the financial aspect than satisfying the issues experienced by the passengers!
