DISAPPOINTING CRUISE! Subpar unsavory meals Main Dining; Miscommunication Fiasco throughout; Minimal childcare provisions; Key staff poor problem solving skills; Lackluster entertainment & Excruciating sound mix on high-frequencies by RTGregory

Smaller balcony cabin than other RCL ships. Adequate for short sailings. An average balcony.

Nice short cruise by SFC70

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Brilliance of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

Our cabin had one plug in the bathroom and it was on the ceiling. Couldn't plug anything into it. Room was small for a balcony room. Not enough room for a full couch, so we had a small one which was too small for 3 adults. The room advertised pull out couch, but we had a bed that dropped down from the ceiling. It was sturdy, but not a good idea for older folks getting up and down, especially at night. The drawers have a dip in them to open them and there was a fairly large amount of dust there which tells me they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Made me question the other areas being cleaned before new guests.
