Review summary

Leaving out of Tampa was very convenient. Embarkation was quick and organized well. The room steward was phenomenal, best part of the trip. The food in specialty restaurants was very good, but everything that was good is extra! Main dining room for breakfast was disappointing. Dinner was no better! Service and food were lacking in all ways! Service desk should be called by another name because I saw little to no Service!

The reason for 2 stars is the main dining room and buffets were horrible ! The specialty restaurants were great.

Interaction at service desk was absolutely horrible! No communication . Could not solve our problems without daily visits to service desk. Problems solved on the fourth day! Room steward was awesome! Errol did a great job with our room , his service was the best part of our trip! Kevin in the Chops restaurant was very attentive!

Would give it five stars but it is outdated. Very clean . Good layout. Nice size balcony.

I didn't enjoy this ship at all. The food wasn't good. The same food every day. Didn't taste that good either. Not enough entertainment. The boat is for older people. Not young people. I will not go on Royal Caribbean ships again.
