Disappointing Mostly by birkpatti

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Brilliance of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

Somewhat clean , bad musty smell in bathroom the whole week. Mattress was very uncomfortable for us. Attendant even added a pad to it. DISAPPOINTED ☹️ WE WERE NOT TOLD AND DIDNT SEE IN OUR PAPERWORK THAT OUR OCEANVIEW BALCONY WAS OBSTRUCTED BY AN EXTENDED ROOF/PLATFORM COVER?? I was Very upset as this cruise was my husbands First and we had soooo many negatives to deal with ! 😐 ALSO, on the 2nd Day our shower was clogged and flooded our bathroom !! It was disgusting . It was fixed later that day.
