This was our first cruise and it was a truly memorable experience! The food was great the service was exceptional and the tours provided memories of a lifetime. The only tour we could have done without was Santorini but we ended up finding the best restaurant of the experience that we likely would have missed otherwise. Thank you Royal Caribbean for the adventure of a lifetime!

Our cabin was dirty when we first entered, especially the toilet. Firs time something like that happened to me on a cruise. Beyond that food was blend and badly presented in the main dining room, service was usually not as good as it usually is on Royal Caribbean. The ports of call were the best part of this vacation, but after this I might take a break from cruising.

It’s the best time I’ve had on a cruise. We’ve cruised many times and this was the best. Seen a lot and very relaxing. Everyone was nice and very clean.

This was our first ever cruise and it was good enough first experience that we already have our second cruise booked for later this year.

Great itinerary. Older ship. Not our best cruise experience, but glad to be cruising!

The ports of call were great; the Ravenna port is 2 hours from the Venice airport so be wary on air flights!!

Great 4 day cruise. Loved the smaller ship. More intimate. Ship is very clean and kept up to date..Royal can easily get another 20 years out of her

Once you get on the ship it was great. But the debacle with the luggage held up at terminal 3 was unacceptable. Terminal 3 needs reorganization and direction.

As the saying goes, a bad day cruising is always better then good day at work. Always good to get away and ull never be asked to drive. Drink up

We would sail Brilliance again. It was relaxing and enjoyable. It's a nice, smaller ship without all the fluff and we are completely fine with that!

Loved this cruise, I'm not into complaining though.

The cruise was excellant. We didn't mind that the ship was dated. The staff was wonderful and everyone was friendly. There were some college spring breakers but we barely saw them in the evening and when we did, they were respectful and fun. My one piece of advice on disembarkation, before you book any kind of transportation, find out what is being offered. I pre-booked an Uber that cost us $60.00 plus a tip from the port to the airport only to find out there was a shuttle that was taking people to the airport for $10.00 per person.

Food was very good service was outstanding 5 days didn't seem long enough

Always love cruising the wife and myself meet so many wonderful people we had a great Cruise even though it was kind of short 5 days still turned out to be a great Cruise great to see that it's getting back the normal almost there

The cruise was nice. A lot of stuff to do the food was delicious. The drinks were great. Bartenders are pretty fast. Couldn’t really find a server to get a drink quick enough and they didn’t have enough servers to clean off tables and pick up peoples messes they left lying around. But the ones that were there did a great job. Very nice boat. Showers are TINY!!!! I am 5’5 and 150lbs. It was small for me!

This was one of the best sailings I have taken. I have her booked again for next April 2023. It is a smaller older ship. So you have to keep that in mind. The Crew was awesome!

Love to Cruise and Royal Caribbean has always given us our money’s worth.

We are loyal to Royal Caribbean and once again, we had a wonderful time.

Loved the entertainment! So much going on that I didn't get to see it all. What a GREAT problem to have. I wish I would have done a b2b to see more of the entertainment that I missed. And the type of entertainment was varied as to please everyone. There was jazz in one venue, rock n roll in another, classical, dance, and the shows were exceptional.

I've been to both these ports at least 3 times since January. I will go back again in the coming weeks. You can get great value for your dollar. The people are willing to bargain. However, everyone will be approached at least a hundred times before returning to the ship.
