Loved the entertainment! So much going on that I didn't get to see it all. What a GREAT problem to have. I wish I would have done a b2b to see more of the entertainment that I missed. And the type of entertainment was varied as to please everyone. There was jazz in one venue, rock n roll in another, classical, dance, and the shows were exceptional.

Didn't eat in the MDR much. The specialty restaurants were very good. Love having the option to go to the buffet at night.....
Onboard Activities

I love the Solarium, however, the crew need to somehow stop people from putting towels on the chairs and not being there. I noticed many chairs with towels for several hours and nowhere around.
Entertainment

The shows, performers, and musicians on this cruise were OUTSTANDING! So much entertainment everywhere we couldn't get to see it all. GREAT JOB John (cruise director).
Service and Staff

Our room steward was unfriendly and unenthusiastic. The MDR staff was unwelcoming. Most bar staff was welcoming and friendly. Casino staff was extremely busy but still very welcoming.
Ship Quality

Love the Brilliance however, it is going into dry dock which is much needed. Very old and worn out. Several pieces of furniture and chairs broken (luckily no one was hurt when they broke). Looking forward to the new look when they come out of dry dock.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin had a larger than normal balcony which was nice. The updates needed during the upcoming dry dock will (hopefully) take care of the outdated and worn out furniture. It was comfortable
Ship tip
Enjoy the quaintness of the smaller ship. I personally love it!!
TERRIBLE!! They brought us back to Tampa to a different terminal than we embarked. Very disorganized. Many of us had our car parked next to the terminal we embarked with no way to get to our car but walk about a mile with all our luggage. People in wheel chairs/walkers, etc having to carry their luggage was awful. I was told by one of the port workers that they knew 4 days prior to our return that this was happening. I will ALWAYS have someone take me or valet park from this point forward.
