Review summary

Great itinerary. Older ship. Not our best cruise experience, but glad to be cruising!

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Ravenna is a small port. We were asked for the same information over and over. Other than that, the process went quickly.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Windjammer (buffet) felt small and crowded. Food selection seemed limited. Juice selection in mornings was limited to orange juice and some watered down drink they called mango. Had to ask for ice in your glass. We're just used to a more open area with a better selection of food and drink.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The stage show was very good. Vocalists and dancers were as good as we have ever seen on a cruise ship.

Children's Programs

no children with us

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Room steward missed our room a couple of times, and we're used to being addressed by name-- he didn't.

Cabin / Stateroom

Good size. Ship is older, but cabin was okay.

Ports of call

Ravenna, Italy

Walked around town the morning before we boarded. Beautiful churches, lots of history. Like other Italian cities, graffiti distracts from the experience.

Kotor, Montenegro

Very scenic! Took an excursion riding in bus up the mountain switchbacks. View was amazing and driver was very skilled.

Corfu, Greece

4 out of 5
Beautiful blue water. Took a boat ride to sea caves.

Piraeus (Athens), Greece

Enjoyed the historical sites. Glad we had the experience.

Mykonos, Greece

3 out of 5
Too crowded. Five cruise ships in port made walking in the city streets difficult. the city was beautiful-- just too crowded.

Argostoli, Kefalonia, Greece

5 out of 5
Beautiful little island with interesting history.

Disembarkation

I recommend the RCL shuttle bus to Venice.
