The ship was beautiful. The activities were a lot of fun. We played bingo, and the trivia came. For the most part the staff was very friendly. Our cruise director was great. Very outgoing and his personality was freshing. the gym was very nice and spacious.

Saw wonderfully low prices on Cruises Only website and as I have cruised RCI many times, including on this ship, took advantage of this 4 night just prior to Christmas offering. Ship is one of RCI's Radiance Class ,a wonderfully bright, modern, airy, class of ship with about 2200 pax - a smaller Voyager class ship with many of the same amenities. Have made 145 cruises and am sorry to say that food was among the worst that I have ever experienced. RCI's "new" menus feature fewer choices of "cheaper" entrees than their "old menu"..Food in their lido buffet area - Windjmammer was terrible - cold, limited selection, poor quality. I loved the ship but dining was not up to standards - even RCI standards, which aren't very high to begin with.

other than feeling like i had a thief aboard the time spent was very nice i would not recomend cruising in Dember thougfh the water is cold

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary on the Brillinace of the Seas. It was a fabulous experience. The service in the cabin was impeccable as was the service in the dining room. We were pleasantly surprised to find ample space to put away our clothing.The staff throughout the ship were very attentive and helpful.The shows were great and the various music lounges were most enjoyable. I enjoyed the gym facilities but would have liked more classes throughout the day that were free of charge.The indoor pool area is beautiful and the whirpools were great.I would recommend this ship to my friends and family.It was a great way to see Europe and enjoy the convenience of a floating hotel.

I thought the ship was in excellant shape. It was very clean and easy to find your way around. Even though it was almost sold out it never felt crowded.

Staff was wonderful; satisfied with stateroom - good location. Lounges, restaurants,shops very conveniently located. Had no trouble finding our way around the ship.

We Loved all the music on the Centrum Deck and the activities in the Colony Club after the shows. i wasn't too impressed with the quality of the shows except the "Tango" show. But the other performers on the ship were good. The food was good but not great in the main dining room, a little bland to our taste. We had the earlier seating unless you like to eat after 9:00 or later. The waiters were efficient, nice but slow in getting our wine to us. Perhaps more staff to help out with larger parties such as ours. The staff there was wonderful but helpless in getting our lost luggage to us due to Iberia Airlines incompentence. Always travel with a carry-on with some clothes. There were many people that were without their luggage.

For whatever reason that a neurologist hasn't not yet pinpointed, I had a seizure for the first time ever on the 3rd day of a 14 day Mediterranean cruise. The ship's officers decided that they were not equipped to handle this (a little Tegretol goes a long way fellas!), pumped me full of I.V. Valium which left me completely incapable of making any decisions, told my sister I would die if we didn't get off the ship immediately, and sent us off to a hospital in Italy with no further help or instruction as to how we would get back to the US. It was a terrible, frightening, and expensive experience.

Room service was quite good thought the stateroom was quite small. The Bath had a perpetual bad odor possibly the sink drain not being flushed

very well run ,food entertainement;activities,cruise director,and overall service was wonderfull ,we enjoyed it very much.

EXCELLENT! MY WIFE AND I LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT, the panama canal was spectacular, goog engineering. the costa rica rainforest unforgetable.

The ship was really a beautiful ship, though I do not think that it has been maintained well. I have been on many RCCL ships and I have not experienced things being broken, unclean, etc. The staff however was wonderful!

This was the best ever cruise. The staff seems to like their jobs and did not appear to be going thru the motions. Our balcony room had plenty of storage for our 12 days of cruise clothes. We were told the longer cruises were the best, that you finally relax and get into a routine after the 7th day. Yes it is true. I will not be afraid of being at sea for 5 days or longer.

The well-trained staff anticipated our needs and were capable as well as friendly. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom, but it was being worked on. Labadee was a terrific experience and worth the price of the cruise. The meals were not quite to the callibre of Voyager, but still bery good. However, Chops was excellent in terms of food and service. The shows were good, but limited. The lounge entertainment was superb as were the staff there. The experience was still exciting and the ship as well run on the 11th day as on the first. A set of forward elevators would be helpful, as well as louder elevator arrival bells.

This was one of the most beautiful ships we have been on. Everyone was very friendly and all the passengers seemed to be having a wonderful time.

My overall impression of the ship was good. But there is room for improvement especially in the hours of when the rocking climbing wall was open. On a previous Royal Caribben cruise the rocking climbing wall was open for alot longer than the hours this ship had it open for. Also, the ship was definitely smaller than our last cruise with Royal Caribbean so in the future my husband and I would quite possibly only book cruises on the much larger ships with two dining halls, pizza & ice cream shop that is open 24hrs and my all-time favorite - more hrs on the rocking climbing wall.

One of the best ships I've been on. Facilities excellent , food excellent and dining staff the best I've seen.

Dining room Etiquette not observed. Crew not eguipped to handle off loading emergency patients, very poor performance.

Great ship, clean well organized and a most helpful and friendly crew. Love to sail on it again.

Large Cabins, wonderful entertainment. the food was great.
