Great memories!

Sail Date: July 20, 2007

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

We Loved all the music on the Centrum Deck and the activities in the Colony Club after the shows. i wasn't too impressed with the quality of the shows except the "Tango" show. But the other performers on the ship were good.

The food was good but not great in the main dining room, a little bland to our taste. We had the earlier seating unless you like to eat after 9:00 or later. The waiters were efficient, nice but slow in getting our wine to us. Perhaps more staff to help out with larger parties such as ours. The staff there was wonderful but helpless in getting our lost luggage to us due to Iberia Airlines incompentence. Always travel with a carry-on with some clothes. There were many people that were without their luggage.

Pros: people we were travelling with

Cons: waiting in lines of people

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
If you have a large party -organize your own tour. It is cheaper and you can personalized it anyway you want.

Venice, Italy
Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy
Unfortunately the trains were on the strike that day. We missed out on Florence and "CinqueTerra. But we did get to visit Pisa. It is simple to take the trains unless they decide to go on a strike, If you have your heart on seeing florence or someother place you might want to book your own tour or do the excursions.,
Don't Miss: Pisa-it is close to the port.
