Inside Passage in Style by bejacob

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Alaska

Cruising the Inside Passage is something everyone should do at least once. I hope to do it again. Be prepared for rain, but don't let that stop you from exploring the ports. Plenty to see and do. I highly recommend a splurge in Juneau to go dog sledding. There aren't many places where you can fly up to a glacier on a helicopter and then have a team of Alaskan huskies pull you through the snow (during the summertime). It's not inexpensive, but it's worth every penny.

Brilliant Tokyo-Seward Cruise by BathBabe

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Transpacific

First visit to Japan and Alaska - brilliant. The only downside was losing an hour almost every night and gaining a day did really help!

Azamara Quest by LALaw

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest

Smaller ship than we have been on previously, which makes it very easy to meet almost everyone onboard. The service was fantastic and cannot be faulted, however, we feel they needed more variety in the night shows. The parties the Quest had for NYE and the white party were incredible - well organised and Azamazing food!

A dream vacation by hadleycruiser

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

I waited 20 years for this mediterrean cruise and it exceeded my expectations. Loved the smaller ship for the ease of embarkment and disembarkment, quality of service, and tips and drinks being included. This ship seemed to cater to my age group (60-70's). My husband loved that he didn't have to dress up in a jacket for meals. There is a lot of walking on the tours, so don't wait too long to do this cruise, so that you can enjoy all the excursions.

FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY - DEFINITELY WILL CRUISE WITH AZAMARA AGAIN by Journey2018

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Europe

We were pleased with our experience on Azamara Quest! Staff was friendly and helpful, food was a great variety and we enjoyed the entertainment. Loved the capacity of the ship - small enough to meet other passengers but large enough to explore.

The Perfect Way to "Sample" Spain & Italy by avordermark

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

Sample the Balearic Islands and Italy in style with this Mediterranean cruise. If you want to combine gorgeous beaches with a variety of architecture and cultures, this itinerary is a beautiful appetizer of all the best offerings in the region. The small Azamara vessels can get you up close and personal, and you'll enjoy every minute of your time onboard.

Azamara Quest Grand Prix 2018 by CruzerGuy35

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Europe

This was a celebration for the wife's milestone birthday and she did enjoy herself! We prefer the smaller cruising experiences (no-mega-ships!) and Azamara was perfect for the timing and destinations we were interested in for a quick getaway. Would definitely try another Azamara cruise to experience other venues not so focused around just a single event (Grand Prix races in Monaco).

Just finished Islands of the... by wendya

Sail date: /
Ship: Azamara Quest

Just finished Islands of the Med and Grand Prix Cruise. Itinerary was fantastic as was the crew as always and the food in all venues was a step up from our last cruise on Journey in the Adriatic. Have to say their entertainment at night had vastly improved from previous reports with the band and some shows reallly good, others dodo. What we really hated was the lack of things to do during the day. On our one sea day the lecture about the ports was at 9 am!!! Then they had Japanese paper folding and improve your iPhone photo taking. That was it for the full day, unless you’re into bingo, trivia, art sales, opal and shopping talks, sell sell sell, just like Celebrity does. In fact it could ha e been a celebrity daily program it was so bad! Very disappointed and hope it improves by December when we are on again and will have more sea days.

Hard to explain after quite a critical review but this is an honest and accurate report. Really enjoyed ourselves despite our complaints but for us we prefer Celebrity cruises

Really enjoyed our time on this ship to Cuba, it’s a nice step up from the Celebrity range. Same great features, but smaller, classier and no kids (bliss).

Don’t chose this cruise line by hyuallU

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Panama Canal, Central America

To promote this cruise line, someone has to take the reins and redo the entertainment, ports of call, and what in the heck was the Azamara evening experience. Load up passengers on many buses, drive distance, back row, could not see, few snacks and drinks. Need to eliminate this diasterous evening.

Azamara just keep improving by hartmj

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Azamara have long been our favourite cruiseline. Others such as Oceania get close but don't quite give you the friendly nature of Azamara. The only shame I have is that they only have the two ships, although they move them nicely around the World so if you keep looking they will get to were you want to go at sometime. I have used several other cruiselines but would always us Azamara if they were going where I wanted to go.

Great crew good food great... by yanan31359

Sail date: /

Great crew good food great entertainment and I’m hooked. I had my doubts about a small ship but I loved the attention I was given - everyone just about knew everyone. I made some good friends. Azamara is always my first choice for a cruise line.

Definitely An Adventure! by yanan31359

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Transatlantic

I've never sailed with Azamara before so when I saw the ship at the dock I said to myself "What was I thinking? We're going across the pond in such small a boat!" Right off I absolutely loved the ship. Everyone was so wonderful. It's like we became a family during this voyage. I have booked another cruise with Azamara and would recommend them to anyone.

Good Time Had by terrierht

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Caribbean

Great cruise. Took in some interesting islands.  Food onboard seems to have declined since my last trip on Quest.  Broadway shows entertainment becoming tiresome.  However, cabin was great, staff were great.  Itinary was great.

Wonderful ambiance by Mbluegolfer

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

Though the ship is going in soon for refurbishment I found all areas to be ship shape. It has a calming, understated elegance and the absence of children enhanced the calmness of the atmosphere. The specialty restaurants were very good and the buffet, main dining room and pool side snack bar were good not great. For an upscale line the staterooms were tight, especially the bathrooms and shower. The service was very attentive; our room was kept spotless, our drink glasses full and our needs met in the dining rooms. The friendliness of the staff from Captain Carl on down was delightful and was contagious to our fellow passengers. Most had smiles, were friendly and very few of the whiny complainer types seemed to be on board. The entertainment was just that, entertaining, with the two professional dancers being the stars. We did our own shore excursions so I cannot comment on that, and the Amazing Evening of music at the Cathedral in Palma de Majorica was beautiful. The long days into nights in port  allowed for greater exploration. We thoroughly enjoyed the itinerary. A highlight (the Chef knew I was a restaurant owner) was when the Chef purchased some fresh porcini mushrooms in port and prepared a special dish for me!

We've done Silverseas and other high class small ship lines and while Azamara lacks a bit in stateroom size and refinement, I preferred this slightly larger ship with its more generous public spaces, spa and gym. Overall the cruise was very nice, the right price for the product delivered and we would sail on Azamara again.
