Our first cruise and it was a fantastic experience. Staff very friendly, helpful, never in a hurry. Even Captain Jose took time to chat with us, several times! Food was excellent, so many choices.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Abundant choices, always fresh. Great views and seating options at the Windows Cafe buffets. Discovery menu dining nice. Aquafina and Prime C were small, intimate and fantastic food.
Onboard Activities

Sitting in lounge chairs by the pool or up on deck 11 to watch our departures from port were very relaxing.

We were very happy with the evening entertainment, shows, comedy.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
They treat you like you are someone special!
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Plenty of maps/diagrams to show where you were and tell you where to go. Interior clean/spotless, well maintained. Exterior a little more weathered.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Plenty of room, our suitcases fit under the bed easily. Small bathroom, shower tiny, but easily accommodated two of us. Balcony crowded with a table, chairs only would have been fine. This particular balcony had part of the normal space cutoff by the ship structure so it wasn't an easy 180 degree view.
Ship tip
Make reservations for specialty restaurants early after boarding. Spaces fill up fast.
To get to the train station is a two step process. Walk and bus ride. Allow plenty of time if traveling to Florence. We chose not to do an excursion to Florence because they did NOT include any timed admissions into the Accademia or Duomo dome.
The town was okay for shopping. The main beach was a 10 minute bus ride, then a 15 minute walk to get to. In hindsight we should have stayed on the Quest that day.
Another premium dock location! Easy walk to Las Ramblas and the harbor. City is MUCH cleaner than the Italian stops. Plenty of choices for things to see and do and eat. Best city/place of all the stops on this cruise! The Azamazing Evening was at a Spanish castle where we watched flamenco dancers and heard excerpts from Carmen. Superb!
