Overall rate is 3-4. Staff is very good, but management is not. This was clearly reflected at disembarkation.

Cruise was good, enjoyed the relaxing, the issue that I have is the constant up selling by the staff, every time we sat down for a drink someone was in your face either trying to sell a massage or a upgrade dinner package, it really started to wear me down

Overall another wonderful cruise. As I have said on previous reviews from all my other cruises, I never have a bad cruise. It's what you make of it. I always enjoy cruising, but I will say this, every time I get on a royal Caribbean ship, I see them Nickle and Diming you more and more. Which is getting more and more frustrating. I have 1 cruise left and then I am Diamond on Royal. Once I turn Diamond, I will be trying other cruise lines.

Overall, it was another wonderful cruise. Looking forward to my next one.

We had a lovely time but the weather spoilt it for us. Very rough seas which we don't mind!

A big beautyfull ship with fantastic food and lots of it.Three meals a day with a very good menu in all the eight restaurants.No need to go in the speciality restaurants as more than good enough in all of them with superb waiters in them all.Entertainment although adequat was not a lot to shout out about.The bumper cars was available during meal times so do the bumper cars or miss your evening meal-The biggest memory we have is that myself and my partner tested positive for Covid19 when we got home

We had a great trip overall, it was our first cruise since the pandemic so we were worried that things would be different. Since being on board we have booked 3 more cruises, so must have been good! We had great weather in the canaries too. Only minor let down was choice of vegan options and entertainment team but still had a good time.

Not as expected. Food was OK, entertainment was OK. The excursions were more sitting on a bus and maybe 10minutes to look outside the bus.

The Norwegian fjords have been on our to-do list for a while and this was by far the best cruise we've ever been on. The only downside was the excessive exhaust from the Anthem of the Seas.

Best itinerary ever, amazing sceneries, fantastic excursion, the ship had so much to offer. Loved every minute of it.

This will be our fourth cruise with royal caribbean and sadly our last for a while. The ports were amazing but the ship was not able to cater for the amount of people onboard. Felt we were constantly being asked to spend extra money. Windjammer was constantly packed and we were unable to get a table some mornings

It was a terrific cruise. The ports of call were amazing. We had a wonderful experience.

Our dining experience was fantastic. They were very accommodating, friendly suggestion for the menu were very good, they knew things about the towns. My husband like that Renold knew about sports. We sat in 2 different service group. They both were very personal. Their name were Waiter Sandeep and Assist. Waiter Carine. the other group Waiter Renold and Assist. Waiter Christopher

My family enjoyed this trip immensely and thought it was a fantastic adventure. We'll cherish the memories for a lifetime.

Overall the ship was impressive with several restaurants, bars, and activities. Ports were AWESOME. As minority guests, we found that Houskeeping and other back of house staff were more accommodating and engaging with us than main line staff. Waiters and Cabin Attendants were awesome and we took great care of them. Many front line staff like entry hostesses, shop attendees, ( except watch, jewelry and Liquor stores) and other outlet or entertainment leadership were sarcastic and showed very little hospitality. Many walked right by us and looked straight at us without even an acknowledgement. We did not feel the warmth from many key staffers at all. We also felt that WIFI Cost was too excessive for the limited time used. This would not be a ship we would recommmend or choose again. We feel that some staff may be a little burned out. The Captain and Leadership must find ways to fix that FAST.

Absolutely amazing first cruise almost felt it should have been longer than 14 days as we didn’t get to experience it all! Looking forward to our next cruise (anthem again!) next summer

First time cruise on Royal Caribbean - probably will be our last. Excursions are generally overpriced for the value. Windjammer food quality and selection - very poor. We felt that we were nickeled and dimed at every turn. There are much better options out there for the money,

I would highly recommend this cruise. The ship itself, staff, food and scenery are amazing. The shows were disappointing, but Norway itself made up for it.

My overall experience at this cruise was remarkable...the experience and the memories of this trip will stay with me for a lifetime.

Great cruise but small hiccups. Disembarking in Nice was terrible and disorganized but food service and every other port was great.
