Review summary

Overall rate is 3-4. Staff is very good, but management is not. This was clearly reflected at disembarkation.

Cabin / Stateroom

I rate "terrible" since it was right above smoking room on the 5th deck. So we could not use the balcony, neither could we just open the door. We went to customer service and they relocate us to 9th floor far away from smoke. I am sure that must know such thing and tell people about that huge inconvenience. Why Royal does allow smoking is a big qs.

Ship tip

Be very attentive to cabin location. It's obvious that this smoking room affected much more cabins, not only 6686.

Left cabin as was requested by 8am. Expected to be out from the ship by 8:30 am. In fact went out at 10 am. No announcement were given after 8:45. When we were already out, spent another hour to border control. Terrible is the right word.
