Bring sea sickness patches/pills if you are prone to getting sea sick. The ship rocked some most of the cruise but it never bothered me thankfully. Get to the shows at least a half hour before show time so you can get a seat. You cannot prebook shows on this ship. Just show up. Bring a sweater or jacket on the ship in case you get cold.

Other than stated above, be aware that the ship is older and showing it's age. We went on it because it had some ports we had not been to. It's not going to have all the amenities that the newer ships have, so you have to just accept that to get the most enjoyment from your cruise. If you are a senior, this ship may not be what you are looking for, since it had a lot of kids and younger partying adults on it.

We didn’t have one of the cabins that had an interior view of the Promenade, but for those who do: Please remember that people on the Promenade can see in your window if you don’t close the curtains. If you don’t want to flash several hundred people, close your curtains.
