There are lots of chairs available on the sun deck - if you like sitting in the sun with no available shade. Also, most of the chairs in the Solarium were ‘reserved’ very early in the morning. Nobody from the ship enforces the ‘no reserving chair’ rule. We found a couple of chairs in the shade (my wife couldn’t find one in the sun) so while we were there for a few hours (11am to 3 pm), we saw MANY chairs where nobody ever used.

The grill on deck 5 is a great spot to get a quick snack or fresh pizza

If you go north, be prepared for cold weather on the deck of the ship at night. Being outside at night for movies and events was great, but it was chilly. Glad I packed a winter jacket, hat, and gloves.

If you have the KEY on this ship I feel this ship did not give you as great a experience as we have had with the other ships. One thing in particular was the shows. On the last three ships we have been on when we went to any shows there was someone standing by the area with a sign that read KEY so you knew where your preferred seating was. They always put you right behind the Diamond & plus people and was always great seats. Not on this ship most shows we never knew where to go and most of the time the seats were worse than finding your own seat.

Dont miss going into the Imperial Lounge and exit the side doors to go up to the front of the ship where the helicopter pad is. Nice views, benches to enjoy the sea

Love the layout of Adventure. Going back on her for another b/2/b in April. Sure hope they do some updating by then.

Expect great service as RCL does on all ships but remember that this ship first sailed in 2001.
