Service and Staff

We were in a Junior Suite, through the Royal Up program. Had a handful of issues right from the get go; although we had some service issues that weren’t up to par with what we’ve come to expect on rccl, the staff and officers did their best to try to make it up to us. We still had a great trip, but we’ve had such great experiences with service on other ships, we were surprised things kicked off this way.

Cabin / Stateroom

Junior Suite, very spacious for us and the kids. Walk in closet was AMAZING for all the gear we had with us. Cabin was clean - had to call a handful of times to get towels, Amenities, etc which improved over the course of the journey (didn’t have the usual attendant).

Ship tip

If you have young ones with you, there are a lot of great activities for them and the staff was awesome when we sailed!
