Review summary

Outstanding Suite Concierge Sucel Anderson. Embarkation and disembarkation follies marred otherwise excellent back-to-back cruises. Giovanni staff were incredible.

Embarkation

Worse ever in 46 cruises. Very rude second floor personnel and RCCL staff on second floor were rude. We are diamond plus and in grand suite but second floor personnel had no reserved seating area for us or other suite guests like us. Was told to find a seat and stay in it until called to enter ship. I went to man who was RCCL manager of some sorting complain and he immediately sent us on the ship. Second floor operations were very chaotic.
