Amazing trip up the Suez by Huckie

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Seabourn Encore / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

Perfect! I love Seabourn. Everybody does! Personal touches and smiling faces. Hugs all around. The crew seem to be enjoying themselves as much as the passengers. A wonderful caring atmosphere all the way😃

Great cruise if you speak Chinese by mickb263

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Spectrum of the Seas / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

Great ship, great crew. The food and activities are geared to Chinese clientele. So, if you are an English speaking westerner, I would not recommend this trip.

Disapointing trip by hump3

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Quantum of the Seas / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

The cruise was spoilt for a lot of us as we were not allowed into China to enjoy the whole cruise, the resturants definatly need to shape up as they let the cruise down, I was realy disapointed with RCCL showing on this cruise

The ship & crew were A-1. Mother Nature sucked! We had a great cruise, it was our misfortune to be scheduled to arrive in Yokohama the same day as typhoon Hagibis. by Ddanell

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Westerdam / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

While we had some hiccups totally beyond anyone’s control, we had a very enjoyable experience & recommend Holland America

North Pacific Crossing by radams78101

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Westerdam / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

Overall a nice cruise on a well maintained ship. The two unpleasant experiences were already detailed in previous sections- overly zealous coffee police, and almost nonexistent internet service.

Great Trip Wonderful People by Babcockk1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Sun Princess / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

Hong Kong, Vietnam, Bali, Australia, 19 days one of the best cruises ever. Club Class Staff on the Sun Princess Dinning Room was best ever. Between them and the Entertainment Cruise Director and her assistant made it very easy to same I would do this cruise again.

Wonderful cruise on Diamond Princess Sea of Japan by OBC

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Diamond Princess / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

This was probably my favourite cruise. The Japanese people were amazing. Very courteous & loved having fun. There weren’t any staff trying to sell you products. I think this was because there were so many Japanese on board

Not the best Quantum experience by AmeliaBasson

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Quantum of the Seas / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

Would not recommend this cruise to non Chinese peope. Fukuoka was beautiful but short but the only highlight. Also did a behind the scenes tour which was excellent. The rest was either mediocre or terrible

Fabulous crew. Drop in quality of Luminae Restaurant makes suite not worth it. by EveB

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Millennium / Destination: Asia & Indian Ocean

The crew, stateroom attendant and butler were outstanding. However, the suite is definitely not worth the extra cost. The food in the Luminae restaurant clearly has dropped in quality from when we last were on the Millenium and the menu is the same (but on different days) as in Blu and the main dining room. No fresh fish even though they were at major fishing ports in Alaska and Japan. Everything is put on the ship in Miami and frozen. No fresh berries. Suites are comparable in price to Crystal which has far better food and amenities.

Wonderful cruise with Celebrity Millennium by Suss

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Millennium / Destination: Asia & Indian Ocean

Celebrity Cruises are the best cruise line we have experienced so far having done 4 other cruises. the food, entertainment, presentation and service were of the highest order. The entertainment and guest speakers were first class. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful at all times.

Pleasant transpacific cruise by colleenbraun

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Millennium / Destination: Asia & Indian Ocean

Good transpacific cruise, excellent price, excellent service, good captain and cruise director, good speakers. Did not like the lack of a painting instructor, a card room or a library.

My dream trip to Vietnam by mattbowen

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Voyager of the Seas / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

Ship was a bit tired but we all knew it was going in for a refit. To many older people on cruise who never stopped moaning. I think a major issue is the delay in checking into your room after cruise has finished. Csn’t RC request early check on.

Not what I expected. by Cruiser55003552

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Westerdam / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

This was my first cruise. The service and staff were excellent. I was disappointed in the activity options. And I really didn't care for the the sales pitch at the end of all of the "free" seminars. I felt like the cruise line was trying to get as much money as possible out of me. The port call in Haines was the best, because we were the only ship there. There were 4-5 ships in Juneau and Ketchikan, so it really felt like a cattle call. I much preferred the land portion of the trip. The hotel in Denali was outstanding!

Relaxing and interesting cruise from Japan to Sydney by jillopy

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Maasdam / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

This was a different cruise with the emphasis on the US involvement in WWII which I wasn't really that interested in. Very little focus on the Australians in PNG etc which was disappointing. Found the cruise very relaxing with interesting places to visi
