The cruise was spoilt for a lot of us as we were not allowed into China to enjoy the whole cruise, the resturants definatly need to shape up as they let the cruise down, I was realy disapointed with RCCL showing on this cruise

Bars were excellent but the service and food in the restaurants was hit and miss and could even change from excellent to unbelievably poor during the meal.
at one time we complained to the restaurant manager to be told don't tell me how to do my job. he then returned to his phone which had been to his ear all the time and walked off. Guest services were informed and took notice and escalated the issue.
In general the service was very poor with 1 or 2 exceptions.
Onboard Activities

there were plentiful things to do if you wanted.

The INXs band were really good the Beatles tribute band were very poor, unfortunately the Australian sense of humour did not make it with the brit on the ship.

Room stewards and bar staff were at the standard you would expect, the restaurant staff were hit and miss.

No issues especially as the ship was going in for a refit as we departed it in Singapore.

Think twice as it is setup for the chineese market
disapointed the ship left the port at 5pm because of the troubles there so missed out on the evening lights and actions. the Ship left port early at 5PM even though we were due to be bethed until 2AM.
