Ship was a bit tired but we all knew it was going in for a refit. To many older people on cruise who never stopped moaning. I think a major issue is the delay in checking into your room after cruise has finished. Csn’t RC request early check on.

Waiters were good but bar staff poor - long delays at pool bars. Would have beneffitted from queuing system as staff were incapable of identifying who was next

Cabin 1830. First time for balcony for us and although room was bigger we didn’t really use ghe balcony
