The staff was exceptional, the food was very good. If you can overlook the pink decor and you want the ports of call, then this is the cruise for you.

I HAD A OVERALL GREAT TIME, FOOD WAS GOOD , AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT

For our first cruise, it was an excellent experience and money well spent for a relaxing vacation! We are looking forward to our next cruise getaway.

I could not believe how dirty our room was. I put my hand down on the desk area and it landed in a sticky mess. Not sure what it was! There was small chunks of old food on the little triangle table. Mirror and glass shelve in bathroom looked like if it had been wiped down it was with wiped down with a very dirty rag. Under our bed was a dirty washcloth. There was certain areas dusted and others I wrote my initial in. The bathroom floor was sticky and looked filthy in the corners of the shower and the actual floor. I realize this is an older ship but steam clean the bathrooms occasionally and do a detailed cleaning of the rooms occasionally too. We almost left before we even began the cruise but between the refresh of the room by the staff and my personal cleaning we decided to stay. If we try Carnival again I would bring some cleaning supplies with me. Carnival should be embarrassed.

Definitely the best cruise my husband and I have ever had! Thanks to Alex, the cruise director, who's very engaging, funny, and so full of energy, and the whole entertainment, and dining staff!!

We very much enjoyed our time on this cruise! I would have loved if we didn't have to spend more than one consecutive day solely on the ship. The two days at sea on our way home felt a little long. If we could make a port stop at least once a day or every other day i would have felt less antsy. However, every day we seriously did look forward to dinner with our waiter, Harry, from the Gold Pearl. Harry always wanted to hear about our time on the boat and on land. He was genuinely interested in how we felt about our stay. Harry also made dinner time fun and danced with us during "showtime". So much fun, we looked forward to it each night, so we never missed dinner.

This was my wifes first cruise and experience out of the USA and she loved it. We are not much drinkers but would suggest getting the drink package the next time to save a little. We liked the Duty Free Mall on the boat and took advantage of some of the booze buys to bring home and got lots of gifts for ones we thought of and really likes the Cruise Director Alex, he did a great job keeping us informed. We did meet the Captain and his staff and they were happy to see us.

all in all, we had a great time. We had great company and we got what we expected to.

This was my first cruise out of SoCal and was pleasing mostly for the getaway value. I would not recommend the cruise for the ports of call.

My wife and I have a lot of fun. It was so worth the money. The ship, the crew, everything was what we hoped for. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we are booking another one in the next few months

This is a second time cruise trip. I took same cruise with my husband before my kids were born. It was amazing memories,so I decided to have same trip with my kids.It became more fun trip! Thank you so much carnival imagination!!

First cruise. I did not know what to expect. Had a blast the whole time.

Had a great time, however there was a smell of gas throughout the boat which gave me headaches the entire time and still to this day. Not sure what it was. Otherwise the best cruise so far minus the food.

Loved the staff, dining room food, our room. Didn't like the constant "forced fun". We went on a Holland American cruise in September and the entertainment was far better too. But this cruise was definitely more affordable!

It's too bad about the fumes, otherwise a great trip! I would travel on Carnival again, but not this ship. I would definitely do this itinerary again, the ports were awesome.

Our cruise was great. Staff was great and friendly. Food was delicious. Worth eevey Penney and can’t wait to book the next one. It was a last min pick but was perfect and enjoyed every minute. It was clean and modernized. I would highly recommend this cruise to my family and friends.

It was a marble experience if not one of the best. Thank you guys for all your hard work

We went with a group of 20. 16 of them had never been on a cruise or in Mexico. The Carnival Staff helped me in every and any way possible to make sure my group was well taken care of which made this trip for them excellent. Any issue we had was attended to at once. They could not have done more for us.
