This was my wifes first cruise and experience out of the USA and she loved it. We are not much drinkers but would suggest getting the drink package the next time to save a little. We liked the Duty Free Mall on the boat and took advantage of some of the booze buys to bring home and got lots of gifts for ones we thought of and really likes the Cruise Director Alex, he did a great job keeping us informed. We did meet the Captain and his staff and they were happy to see us.

We had the best wait staff with Allen, Jevon and Sighn and they remembered our names and provided excellent service and entertainment throughout the week for us.

There was something to do every single hour it seemed and the Spa was great and so was the many pools and hot tubs. They had a putt putt course, basketball court and running track oh and the exercise room was big too.

In many of the ships areas they had really good entertainment and a good mix of live bands and musicians and we did catch a bit of a packed house on the comedians.

Everyone called us by our names and they took the time to be very helpful. Again our waiters Allen, Jevon and Sighn were over the top the best I have seen and so were the rest in making sure we were happy the whole time.

Perfect and roomy and more then I had expected the bed was very comfortable and it was always clean even when we would mess it up a little after a shore excursion and hustle to the pool or a bar.
Ship tip
If your take advantage of the many photographers they have throughout the adventure be sure to explore getting a package first and on the Elegant events verify your photos are acceptable. They dropped the ball on us and that is the only bad experience we had.
We stayed an extra day in Long Beach after the Cruise and hung out on the Queen Mary and tokk in the Concerts they had on that Saturday and had a great time catching our breath.
Loved it the best and the many boats that came out to us was very organized and fun. The shore had amazing views of fish and merchants that liked to haggle and we did a excursion with a ride out to the rocks and glass bottom boats the the Guides were great and finished with a tour of the city and then stopped in at the Happy Ending Cantina for more fun before we headed back to the ship. It was our favorite.
Very nice and they moved people very smooth to the tour holding area for our ship and another and we did a city tour that lasted about 4 hours with great guides and stops. We ate street taco at the holding area that were very yummy.
Very nice stop and I loved the climate but my wife did not and we missed our excursion due to arriving late and afet walking to the Marina really missed out on our Snorkeling adventure but hired a cab to take us around for three hours and it was lots of fun but a challenge since we did not speak spanish and he did not speak english but still had fun. We walked over to the beach and swam after and enjoyed the sun. The vendors are not very motivated and costs were too pricey compared to the last two ports so get your stuff like hats etc. before you get there.
We did the express check out and handled our own bags and just walked out to meet a Porter who expedited us through the long lines and through customs to a cab very easy and worth the tip.
