Food was excellent for brunch and evening dining at the Gold Pearl Restaurant every day. It varied every day and very delicious. Lido deck food was also good but too crowded most of the time.

Our servers - Suhairi (team headwaiter), Edsel, and Suisetio - are outstanding and made our evening dining so much fun and memorable. We miss them sooo much! They really took very good care of us. They are a huge asset to Carnival Splendor!

The shop attendants were so kind and pleasant. My husband and I shopped so much liquor and gift items. The $25 coupon also enticed us to shop more!

OMG the cast of Carnival Splendor extravaganza shows are amazing performers! Their shows are one of the highlights of our evening entertainment. We truly enjoyed every one of their shows, and they were all very pleasant and friendly. Love the voices of Sophia, Stephanie, and Martin!
The host (JJ), the comedians, and the DJ of the Punchliner Comedy Club were so entertaining and hilarious! Their hilarious shows were a great way to end every single evening of the cruise. Love them!

Kudos to our outstanding waiters (Suhairi, Edsel, & Suisetio) at the Gold Pearl Restaurant; to our stewards (Gede and Maureen); and the best and most entertaining cruise director, Alex, who made this cruise the best and most fun cruise ever. Alex had so much energy every day and it's very contagious! My husband and I love him so much, we want to cruise on Carnival's cruise ship where he is the cruise director!

The bed was comfortable, but everything else in the room needs immediate updating. It gets very dusty very easily. Didn't sleep well due to continuous squeaking above the closet door right next to the door.

Like what Alex said to all the guests, "This is your vacation, it is time to get out of your comfort zone. Participate in the numerous fun activities going on on the ship, and you will definitely have fun and make this vacation of yours a very positively memorable one." My husband and I took his advice, and we surely had the best vacation ever! Thanks so much Alex!
Wish we didn't have to take a tender to get ashore. Did the city tour and glass bottom boat. Enjoyed the glass bottom boat tour better than the city tour (mostly shopping stops).
