First Cruise and we are now hooked. Was very impressed with the ship and cabins and the options available at each stop. We will definitely look at Holland America line for our next cruise.

Enjoyable, great weather, enjoyed some movies on the back deck, enjoyed most excursions, great dining service and great room service. Ship somewhat outdated.

It was nice. Got to see places I only dream of. Would come back in the future.

Having sailed on a smaller Windstar ship in the past we had high expectations. This ship was in dire need of repair. We had problems for 4 days on/off with toilet not working. Problems with water not being hot intermittently. Stateroom door lock took 3 different times to have someone repair the battery over two day period. The staff were certainly not to blame as they can only work with product they are given. We were given a $400 credit due to the toilet not working which was appreciated but would rather have had it work properly. I won't be sailing on another Windstar Cruise.

This was our second cruise with NCL, though I read some mixed reviews about the ship, the service and the food, I believe those were a little harsh. For such a large ship they did an excellent job with the layout of the ship to never make it feel crowded. We never had to wait at any of the restaurants or bars. In fact the bartenders (we noticed they rotated to different locations) would remember us, and know our drinks. The food was great, and we did not bother with the paid restaurants. We only ate at Manhattan, Taste, O'Sheehan (which was great when you just wanted pub fare) and the buffet. All the servers in the restaurants were very friendly as well. The entertainment was enjoyable. We saw all of the shows except for the Cirque show. We elected not to do this show as we'd rather put our funds towards excursions. The ports were fantastic. we did book our excursions through ItalyTours.EU, City Wonders and BarcelonaDayTours. I would recommend all 3 companies for their hospitality. I had read negative reviews about the rooms. When we book a cruise we know from experience we only sleep and shower in our room, so as long as its clean and the bed comfy we really don't care. When we got to our room I was shocked how big the room was. Talking with our steward we had been put in a handicap room that was considerably larger than the other cabins. Overall this was a trip of a lifetime!!!

Loved the fact we were at a port almost every day. We loved the ports Norwegian stopped at. The food was good and the people were nice on Norwegian.

We thought this cruise was a perfect fit for us and looked forward to it for over a year. It just wasn’t. This was our 3rd cruise with NCL and it gives us pause on taking future cruises.

It was highly offensive for the adult comedian "Paul Ogada" to insult Indian national anthem. His comments very highly derogatory. All our friends on the cruise are badly hurt and demand to take action against him. We are in the process of launching a campaign where we will request all our acquaintances to strictly avoid Royal Carribean, unless you confirm that some actions are taken in this regard.

Ship is beautiful, staff excellent, food average in restaurants, below average in the buffet

The itinerary was fantastic! Great way to see several countries. Oasis of the Seas is a beautiful ship but it does need a "facelift". You need to go back to us deciding on gratuities, the service has definitely changed since it is automatically 18% deducted.

Overall give the cruise an average rating. Lost water for a couple of hours and couldn't use bathrooms. Never had this happen before and they offered no explanation.

Staff was not properly trained on the ultimate beverage package. Bar staff needs to understand how to acknowledge guests and do their job. Overall, the staff acted like they couldn't care less about their guests

Viking Ocean Cruises expensive but with many excursions included plus great service, all balcony rooms, free WiFi, excellent food, good entertainment, historians and port lectures, selected wines/beer included with all meals.

I was a bit hesitant to cruise on such a large ship. I envisioned having to stand in long lines for everything, but it was the complete opposite. NCL logistics are terrific.

You will feel treated on this cruise. The stateroom is comfortable. The restaurant options are plentiful so you'll never eat the same thing twice (if you so choose). The food quality and presentation is top-notch. The day at sea gave us time to use the free laundry room. The evening entertainment programs are different every night. This cruise was a great value.

It was a beautiful cruise with a lot of unforgettable memories and experiences in different countries.

We had a great time on the cruise. The staff bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities were well designed and maintained. Food was superb.

Best cruise we have been on. Only two days at sea and the Norwegian crew took very good care and attention to us.

Fantastic ship, great destinations & the best staff we could have asked for. Do yourself the favor and book this cruise!
