Frequent cruiser with RC. But this time overall good experience, not great. Specifically saw focus deviating away from customer satisfaction.

Review summary

It was highly offensive for the adult comedian "Paul Ogada" to insult Indian national anthem. His comments very highly derogatory. All our friends on the cruise are badly hurt and demand to take action against him. We are in the process of launching a campaign where we will request all our acquaintances to strictly avoid Royal Carribean, unless you confirm that some actions are taken in this regard.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Waiters and room service staff were excellent. But front desk staff and shore excursions staff showed some rudeness..

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Our floor constantly smelled with some kind of laundry material.. Very unpleasant.

You must be joking! I don't even go to these shows because I know the language would be offensive. Problem solved.

You can’t be serious?!?! We are English who regularly travel on US based cruises. The adult comedians are always poking fun at the English which we find hilarious. You’re on holiday after all - lighten up. If you’re easily offended, it’s simple! Listen to the warning at the start of the show and leave. Don’t spoil it for the rest of us who love the adult comedians.

Comedians make fun of everyone, I don’t know a famous comedian who doesn’t. Good luck getting anywhere with that protest.

It was an Adult show. If I'm not offended at one it's a poor comic.

Some people are so miserable they get offended by everything. Grow up!

It cracks me up how some people are such cry-babies, and whine about their "offended" or "hurt feelings".. I mean seriously??? This guy is an adult comedian... Its his job to push boundaries and offend or push buttons.... sheesh!! Get a life!!

Assuming this is a serious review, Royal Caribbean begins comedy shows with a disclaimer that if you are easily offended or have a stick up your ass to get up and leave now. Did the offended party arrive late? Otherwise why stay? Joke about national anthem? Who cares? People joke about the American national anthem all the time. No big deal.

He is a stand up comedian doing an “adult” show. Offending you is what he gets paid to do, lighten up.

Unbelievable. You can't be serious?

I’m not sure what was said by the comedian, but there are usually some things most people could find offensive at the adult comedy shows. People seem to take everything too seriously these days. Some of the greatest comedians in history would not be allowed to perform under today’s politically correct standards.
