Frequent cruiser with RC. But this time overall good experience, not great. Specifically saw focus deviating away from customer satisfaction.

Review summary

It was highly offensive for the adult comedian "Paul Ogada" to insult Indian national anthem. His comments very highly derogatory. All our friends on the cruise are badly hurt and demand to take action against him. We are in the process of launching a campaign where we will request all our acquaintances to strictly avoid Royal Carribean, unless you confirm that some actions are taken in this regard.
