Great service, every evening we choose to be with Valentina, Marites, Pede ( sommelier), Louie. One evening with Tuscan grill, classic beverage wine should be improved, Raj was great though as well as Mendez.

In fitness Borjan from who we bought foot orthotics, promised velcro to pick up the next day. We came 4 times in 4 following days to the fitness center and he never had it available. Annoying....he just should tell the truth.

Brian promised velcro for the foot ortotics we bought. He had us come back 4 times to the fitness center and always had an excuse why he had no velcro....he should just be honest and say upfront he doesn't have it. A big talker...but actions determine the character of the person, I guess.

Slightly older ship, not completely refurbished in 2017, I believe.
Most excursions were good, excellent in Valentia, very disappointed about Ibiza tour as the guide didn't go to the most interesting part, the visit to the old city. Also here comments were unimportant, like "there are 3 Lidl supermarkets on the island, etc.
