Staff was not properly trained on the ultimate beverage package. Bar staff needs to understand how to acknowledge guests and do their job. Overall, the staff acted like they couldn't care less about their guests

Aqua restaurant service was poor, waiter was clueless and rarely came back to table
Was ignored by bar staff in both the champagne bar (multiple times) and the sky high bar tender walked past me 4 times then offered to help the woman that came up to the bar after me. Bar staff rarely acknowledged you were there or waiting. Paid for the ultimate drink upgrade then had to argue with the bar tenders and coffee shop because I was told what I ordered was not included (it was) This continued throughout the trip.
Lost my phone on the last night (realized it on the morning of debarkation, went to the guest services and was told it was not turned in and was told to go look in the champagne bar where I believe I lost it. I asked for someone to go with me since it might have been placed behind the bar and not yet turned in. I was told no and to come back later in the day which was not possible since I had to be off the boat by 9am. Checked back two more times before departure and was told I would just have to call corporate services. They would not take my name, room number, description or anything. They implied they just didn't want to be bothered since it was debarkation day. Called corporate and they said they had nothing listed for my room to which I replied "how could they, they wouldn't take any of my information".
The bright spots in this area were:
Emily, server in the main dining room was super in service and attitude
Lois our room steward (5036) was only our steward for 4 days but he acknowledged us by name and was truly interested in helping
The wine steward in the Versailles was knowledgeable and very helpful

Common areas were clean. The size was ok until the day we were all stuck on board at sea then it was overcrowded and the staff was grumpy
Did not stop at this port due to wind? very disappointing
since the wind stopped within an hour. As such we had a day at sea with overcrowding and poor wait staff on board
Game of Thrones excursion was excellent
Tendering to and from ship sucked, waiting in line for over 45 mins in the heat and took more time to go back and forth than the time we had in port
Debarkation was apparently only listed in the daily paper two days before & we missed it. I am accustomed to the infor being left in your room the night before along with your color coded tags. NCL just put them out in the lobby with no info. Total cluster F***
Agree with the tendering which was a joke on all the stops
The missed day at Mykonos was a shame
We managed to get seats / loungers around the pool
We had the same problem with getting a coffee in the atrium cafe
Everywhere else was ok
We also had the udp but your not allowed a can of cola but a $15 dollar is ok go figure that
Some of the staff were a bit sour
