Lowest cost room but had sitting area and roomy balcony.
Ship tip
Your room key is needed for everything - get it hole punched at the customer service desk and take a lanyard to wear around your neck or tuck inside you shirt. Or take a small cross-body strap purse to have with you - room for a phone too. Ship has an onboard app with lots of info. Ship WiFi is good so we could text each other onboard.
Fjord trip awesome. Book early it fills up fast. We booked with an outside tour operator on Viator because ship excursion full. But Viator used the same vendor as Viking. Right in harbor by the port. Cheaper on Viator. but we did not get the Viking heart-shaped waffles - no loss.
Beautiful weather! Excursion with fort and city tour with harbor boat ride and lunch. Still had time to go up the mountain on the funicular on our own.
Organized off ship but took us to the airport - but LONG lines and 60 - 70 guests all waiting in line with luggage. They should have made arrangement with the airline to have additional check in areas. Only one guest not on the same airline.
