The folks we met were lovely. The ship is pristine. We were an active crowd so tours could have been more exciting and meals more variety/innovative. The S.A.L.T lab cooking class was great too.

Pre-cruise was terrible. Got disinformation; got different answers from different people. Changed information from to time. Got email which was wrong the night before cruise when passengers traveling so couldn't act on. Accounting poor. Very frustrated. Pre-cruise hotel a mess. Crusie was great but the before problems totally distracted from it.

The quality of food needs to improve. You need to find a better provider. The meats were like shoe leather, especially my ribeye steak at the Pinnacle

Loved the cruise itself but was so disappointed in RCL. The ship could have been a great ship but it needs a definite dry dock and a complete do over.

Ship experience did not meet our expectations for a luxury cruise. Oceania service, food, and facilities were disappointing as compared to our previous experiences with premium cruise lines such as Celebrity and Holland America. For the increased cost we expected a step up, but that was not what we found on Oceania. We did enjoy the itinerary and ports of call even though it was tiring to be exploring at a different port every day. We learned that we can do better by touring on our own or with tour providers other than the ship excursions.

I enjoyed the Regent Splendor and would go on another cruise with this class of Regent ship. The food could be improved. Based on this experience, I prefer Seabourn to Regent, but I think both cruise lines are close. The cabin on the Splendor is superior to Seabourn, but the food and personal service is superior on Seabourn.

I just returned back to the USA from the United Kingdom on the Carnival Pride. The ship broke down shortly roughly one hour from departing Kiel, Germany. GPS coordinates We just broken down somewhere in the Baltic sea. Our last coordinates 54°36.95' N 010° 08' E with a course heading 321° speed 0.1 kts. Carnival Pride attempted to make the repairs at the mentioned coordinates (middle of the Baltic sea) for 24 hours set draft during the evening hours on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Carnival Pride was set to embark to Sweden (Goteborg). Carnival Pride failed attempts to make repairs. The Germany officials (Kiel) towed the Pride vessel back to Germany. Carnival in a short turn around period managed to shuttle some 1200 passengers from Kiel, Germany back to the UK. Carnival promised to put guest up in hotels and to provide transportation from Stansted London Airport to the hotel closest to get our previous scheduled departure flights. We'll, Carnival dropped the ball on transportation from Stansted London Airport to our hotel (London Heathrow Airport Hotel). This left many frustrating passengers now stuck with making arrangements to get over to the hotel. Keeping this matter in prospective, it is now July 21, 2023 in the early morning hours at Stansted London Airport. My son and I traveled by Uber to the Heathrow Airport Hotel which was a two hours drive. To say the least that the hotel was a "zoo" as many others from the Carnival Pride ship started arriving. Carnival Pride offered the guest many of the perks such as basic free wi-fi, prorated one-day refund, and 25% future cruise credit. Other items Carnival Pride extended other deals such as not adding gratuities from Thursday forward. Gratuities is the subject of discussion for another day. In short, 24 hours before leaving the ship, simply request to have all your gratuities removed from your Sign-n-Sail account. I say all this because from a risk management experience Carnival did a damn fine job addressing the risk assessment while keeping the focus on customer satisfaction. Carnival Pride receives a (F) grade for not keeping to their commitment to transportation from the airport to the hotels.

I would highly recommend this cruise. The ship itself, staff, food and scenery are amazing. The shows were disappointing, but Norway itself made up for it.

The ship is nice, but definitely designed for a smaller crowd.

NCL is our cruise line of choice for the reasons rated above. Beautiful ship, competent staff, great food with many choices and attention to details. Always available to assist as well. We will cruise again with NCL.

We picked this cruise due to the itinerary and the ports did not disappoint. We are frequent cruisers but this was our first time on NCL and were not impressed. Likely will not sail NCL again unless another great itinerary we can’t find elsewhere.

Overall a very nice cruise. The Prima is a very well designed ship with lots of nice public areas for hanging out. . Our balcony state room was the best we've ever had. Main dining room food and experience was very good. The worst part of the cruise was that 2 ports were canceled.

Communication was poor, 2 ports cancelled within 1 week and the day of our cruise. The time in ports was very short, not many options with regard to excursions. Did not receive any extra priority being in the Haven, no info about special lines, etc. that we found out later in the cruise.

Relaxing, laidback, prepare to be with very mature adults. Clean, awesome food, wonderful staff. The staff are genuinely happy to work for Viking. Excursions included in every port is definitely a plus.

This was my 2nd cruise, first on a ship of this size. It was a great experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise, the people on the cruise, and the destinations.

This was our first Oceania cruise after using Celebrity for many years. Pros of Oceania are less people, better food (although Celebrity's food is very good), and easier and quicker to get on and off the ship. Cons for Oceania are the evening entertainment was not very good, in our opinion, except for the comedian and one lively Mexican singer. That being said, we have two more Oceania cruised booked on their newer ship, Vista.

It was a fine trip and some good perks but casino was small and entertainment was so so

Not a high-end experience. Long wait times at the dining room. Service and food was hit or miss.

Getting on and off the ship was surprisingly smooth. We booked a balcony cabin due to our interest in observing the Fjords. However to our disappointment, the arrival to a port of call 100+ miles in the fjord was at 7-8am, so we did not see the fjords in the mornings. Just in the afternoon when leaving the fjords - so we kind of missed half of the experience. The ports of call in the fjords did not have much to offer, so we (and many other passengers we talked to) would have preferred a much later arrival so we could have enjoyed the views of one side of the Fjords in the mornings an the other side in the afternoon. The ship is old however it is in a decent shape, well maintained. Don't expect any super-modem amenities however they do offer internet for a fee. Main dining room water was excellent, the food was very good as well.
