Pre-cruise was terrible. Got disinformation; got different answers from different people. Changed information from to time. Got email which was wrong the night before cruise when passengers traveling so couldn't act on. Accounting poor. Very frustrated. Pre-cruise hotel a mess. Crusie was great but the before problems totally distracted from it.Embarkation
