You will feel treated on this cruise. The stateroom is comfortable. The restaurant options are plentiful so you'll never eat the same thing twice (if you so choose). The food quality and presentation is top-notch. The day at sea gave us time to use the free laundry room. The evening entertainment programs are different every night. This cruise was a great value.

The cruise ship and experience was nice, the destinations were amazing which is why we took this cruise. However, the water temperature in our shower in our Mini-Suite was so finicky that at times it was difficult to shower. It was either scalding hot or just plain cold. Despite us mentioning it to the front desk 3 times and the plumber came out once. We never got our champagne that we were supposed to get for being latitude members despite us mentioning it twice. The entertainment shows were limited. They only had 2 shows. On our other NCL cruise we took in the past, had different shows every night and a variety.

I mostly enjoy the cruise, but the extremely noisy dining room put a damper on dinner every day. We try to avoid the dining room a few nights, but our choice is always to go to the main dining room. We heard the fixed time dining room Is not as noisy. The dining times are either too early or too late. That’s why we usually enjoy the anytime dining option. We can go based on our activities for that day.

I am glad I decided to choose this cruise. Had planned a road trip Montenrgro an Croatia, but in the end decided to go on a shiip, easy, hotel travels with you, no need to unpack, see things and get taken care of in a great way. Do a lot, relax a lot and enjoy lo ife on the ocean.

Holland was a ship we loved in the past due to traditional services rendered and we also travelled on their smaller ships. We were expecting a higher level of service, better food, bigger shows - acitivities were pretty much the same and very droll- the Pinnacle grill had great service and presentation- but food choices were not huge either. We would have loved to be thrilled to rate this cruise/ship high but feel let down and know others who shared with us, felt the same. We did find no fault with our cabin or cleanliness, guest services were great- so many old nicities are gone.. such a shame!

I enjoyed my second cruise with Norwegian Pearl. I am glad I did it again. Amazing memories and moments!

It was a beautiful cruise after what we felt was limited and conflicting communication the initial day of boarding. The ship was well maintained, Staff was very attentive, dinning was exquisite, ports of call and excursions were all worthwhile. We enjoyed it thoroughly even if we lacked a little sleep due to location of our room.

Horrible cruise, not worth the money. Ill be writing to MSC Directly separately. Booking through AA.com was just fine - no issues at all.

We choose this cruise for it's itinerary. All was great except for Corsica. As far as we're concerned, we could have stayed onboard and had a better time. Overall it was a great cruise, great family get-away. Great friends, good food and great drinks.

I have been on numerous cruises and would never even consider going on an MSC cruise again. This was suppose to be the trip of a life time, fly 1st class, get a suite and be pampered and see Greece and Croatia but instead terrible food quality, lack of variety, no real entertainment, tiny Casino, ok suite, horrible organization. The only positive besides getting off the boat in port was the staff in the restaurant, casino, bars and stateroom.

I have been an numerous cruises and even small boats like this one and this was the most disappointing. The food was horrible and small portions. The buffet was worse, only decent thing were the French fries and pizza was minimal. There was little to no selection and it was the same stuff everyday. We actually started brining food on board from the ports so we didn't have to go to dinner. Getting off the boat was a scary situation, no direction and when people started cutting in line fights almost broke out. We had a suite because we wanted this to be a first class trip, they don't give you anything in the suite, no fruit, drink not even a towel animal. We could have saved a lot by just booking a regular cabin. We were suppose to have priority embarkation and disembarkation and got neither. I will never use AA to book a cruise since they are the ones who suggested it and I will never go on another MSC Cruise again.

We were very impressed with ship. The cabin design is spacious with lots of clothes Organizer. The food is excellent with healthy in mind. Every day there is different themes of the food region , for instance, tastes of Vietnam/Japan/Korea etc, but also have all traditional food to accommodate everyone. We even have 2 night raw oysters and others Sea food. Surf and turf and lots of different hot exotic fruits. The crew members were attentive , friendly and helpful in all aspects. We were really enjoying our time and will definitely taking HollandAmericaLine again.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our trip. The extensive itinerary was interesting and kept us busy in port every day. We looked forward to dinner in the dining room every night and the evening show and of course using our drink package for pina cololadas, wine with dinner, morning coffee, and after dinner drinks. We wish Celebrity gave us more information prior to embarkation that would have made life easier planning-wise, like where exactly in the port to meet the ship, when and how to disembark, and when shows were so we could make dinner reservations accordingly. But once all the planning is done and you are on the ship, we had a blast! Would highly recommend Celebrity again!

The Celebrity Infinity cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia) to Venice was one of the best itineraries we've been on in the Mediterranean and only had 1 sea day. It's an active itinerary, so don't plan to have much pool deck time unless you don't want to get off the boat at every port. Staff are very friendly, boat is a bit "tired" and needs updating (as of August, 2019). If you like gelato, and who doesn't?, be sure to check out the daily selections of ice cream in the Oceanview Cafe. Flavors like coconut and others were a nice surprise!

It was a wonderful seven days, seeing some interesting historic places. We were able to relax in our room and around the ship, and there was always plenty of entertainment if you wanted to get involved. The shows were first class. As always, the food was exceptional and the service was first class. We loved the excursions which introduced us to each of the ports we visited.

Tough start with all the challenges at the beginning, but Celebrity made up some of the issues as the trip progressed.
