Review summary

The cruise ship and experience was nice, the destinations were amazing which is why we took this cruise. However, the water temperature in our shower in our Mini-Suite was so finicky that at times it was difficult to shower. It was either scalding hot or just plain cold. Despite us mentioning it to the front desk 3 times and the plumber came out once. We never got our champagne that we were supposed to get for being latitude members despite us mentioning it twice. The entertainment shows were limited. They only had 2 shows. On our other NCL cruise we took in the past, had different shows every night and a variety.

As compared to another NCL trip we did to the Mexican Riveria, they didn’t have a lot of options on shows to watch in the theater. They only had 2 shows available during our 7 day cruise and were “sold out” by the 2nd night we tried to book it Compared to our other NCL Trip, they’re was a different show every night including a magic show, acrobatic show it was nice to have that variety

Compared to our other NCL cruise, they weren’t as exceptional. We had different towel animals every night that always brought a smile to my face. This cruise didn’t have that.

The cabin was fine. But we had so much issue with our hot water in the shower. It was difficult to take a shower because the water would be almost scalding hot and I love hot showers but it was too much especially for my husband. We mentioned it to the front desk 3 times about it and they had the plumber come out. We were then able to take a shower however it never got hot again. Taking a shower during our stay was rough.

It would nice at booking that NCL mention what time we need to disembark from the ship so that we have an idea of what time we should arrange transportation.
