Horrible cruise, not worth the money. Ill be writing to MSC Directly separately. Booking through AA.com was just fine - no issues at all.

Booked a great package, which allowed us to get through the lines very quickly - BUT, the embarkation was very disorganized and the staff was not overly friendly or jumping at the bit to help...

Worst food I have ever had on a cruise ship. Either bland or just bad... The only good things were the buffet or the appetizers in the restaurants. The Complimentary restaurant dinners were just not good. We didnt even stay for dessert most nights because we knew we would spend money in room service later.

Spa - BEAUTIFUL....but the staff needs attention. Not friendly, lessened our massage by no less than 15 minutes...didnt offer us a tour... didnt show us around to provide us with what all we paid for...

Only two people I really want to call attention to: Cesar from Honduras, a room attendant that wasn't even ours, but who was very personable and friendly & Sangeeta from India - in the Aurea bar area - very friendly and personable.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was fine but the balcony wasn't cleaned often and had the same hairs when we departed that were there when we boarded. TV was not available in English except for the news. No subtitles. Our movie we rented was interrupted and no one ever came to the cabin to check it out for us like they said they would when we called.
