The Norwegian GEM was a great ship and the staff were amazing!!! We got to know various members of the staff from bartenders, to wait staff, to the steward and cruise director assistant. Even got to talk to the Captain during a session which was very entertaining.

Onward isnt 100% ready yet, with doors falling of furniture, and a bit dirty and rusty. We had expected to book our next cruise while on board, but decided it best to pick another cruise line next time.

I felt that with covid and the precautions taken by the cruise line, that the cruise was very well done. The weather was great and the service and food were top rate.

This was a magnificent tour! The attention to detail with Viking is what always makes it the BEST. This was not our first..and nor will it be our last..already trying to decide where next?!!

Lovely ship and staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a smaller sized ship with excellent food and excursions offered.

Cruise was lovely, but the technology to get there was so challenging /frustrating, it made me think older people are being squeezed out of traveling.

We booked this through ; which complicated things because we would try to add something or had a question and told to talk to the travel agent; the travel agent couldn't help so we went in circles. We learned the priority pass only gives you priority when there is a tender; however, if you have an excursion, you already have priority tender. And there was zero value for either the embark or disembark. So for us, it was a waste of money. Be careful where you room is located.

Great cruise except for the ship mask mandate. Islands were amazing. Service was great.

The ship was immaculate and the staff were top notch. We never needed or wanted for anything due to the staffing.

We wanted it to be the best cruise we've ever been on given the price and fantastic reputation of Regent. Unfortunately, it did not live up to those standards. The entertainment was less impressive than other ships, the food was not as good as we've had before and the over all service was significantly less impressive than other cruises. For the price, that was a great disappointment. Having said that, it feels disrespectful to the people who were there serving us as I 100% believe they were trying to please everyone, it just didn't seem like it was well organized or the execution was lacking.

I would definitely recommend it if you're in a suite. There were 16 of us traveling together and we had a blast!

Overall, it was a huge improvement over our first week. There seemed to be more staff. There was more attention to detail. Communication suffered in a few instances, but was also greatly improved over the first week. The ports of call were generally amazing and there was so much to see and do through the shore excursions offered. Our cabin steward and waiter were excellent and provided dedicated service that I greatly appreciated.

20th Regent Cruise. New ships don't disappoint. Service was exceptional, but helped by having only 2/3 of guest capacity. This itinerary was great, but not relaxing with a port everyday and long tours at the end. But if you are into history and site seeing, eastern Med is great. First time in Israel for me. With 3 days on ship and 3 days post cruise, we covered a lot of ground. We lost one port (Alanya) due to rerouting to address covid protocols in Israel, but it probably wasn't a port on which most people picked the itinerary. I was looking forward to it since it was new for me.

First time in Greece. This was a perfect way to see and experience a lot of Greece in a short time.

The cruise, overall, was a lot of fun. Was not initially excited to go, but once there, had a great time. The destination ports were all different and very informative. Great excursions provided by Viking. The guides were mostly good and informative to insure a great excursion. Food was the best I have ever had on any cruise, with a good variety to choose from. Drinks were good as we did purchase the drink package, which is well worth it! Rooms were very nice and roomy. Really, have no major negative comments to add. Would highly recommend this cruise to anyone wanting learn and see Ancient Roman/Greek history!

An awesome trip back to Ancient history. Beautiful destinations, all unique in their own way. Turkey was a big surprise, we had no idea how rich it was in history & culture. The Seabourn experience was also unique with the small passenger load. We were delighted to find other travelers similar to us in age & lifestyle that made the trip even more enjoyable.

We very much loved this cruise! The one major disappointment (Knossos closed) was overshadowed by the rest of the cruise, and any issues (noisy room, premium liquor package availability at all bars were dealt with to our satisfaction). Thank you VIKING!

Winderful itinerary. Beautiful ship with very attentive crew. Love the small size of the ship.
