First and last time on a cruise as we ended up leaving stressed out from all of the constant noise into our room from the hallway, the constant lines and commotion of too many people and overall horrible elevator service in which we were constantly taking the stairs (even with our luggage). It was truly a stressful experience which we are unsure if it’s only Carnival or every cruise line.

This was my first boat cruise and I really enjoyed myself. Everyone was so nice, the beaches on the private island were my favorite. The food was decent. ONLY complaints I had is that the bars were ALWAYS crowded…bartenders will ignore you when waiting for drink and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable …but that’s my only complaints.

The overall cruise experience is something I would recommend. I would definitely recommend that any concerns be reported for a quick resolution.

The Beyond ship is amazing! Definitely adult oriented. Food and entertainment was fabulous! Layout of ship is great because you never feel like there is 3,000 guests on there.

The layout of the ship was confusing. Dining choices were not up to par.

The drink package upgrade changed (not for the better) the week before the cruise, and we were charged for things that should have been included. They blamed the staff and corrected the mistakes, but we needed to go to Guest Services multiple times. The same with the discounts on shore excursions - I needed to go up to the desk the last day to remind them (a total of $300). The internet was the worst of any cruise I've been on, as was the pool area, which was way too small and crowded. There should have been some consolation or compensation for taking away the private island (even though the weather would have most likely cancelled it anyway. Cancelling Footloose was very disappointing. The crew was very friendly and tried hard. Food was great (aside from the buffet), and it was still a great vacation despite the shortcomings.

Highly recommend. Fabulous ship and crew. Can't wait to sail on her again. Need more variety of ports in USA :) 10/10.

Long Check-in Lines. Poor and unorganized Embarkation process. Disembarkation need more people providing guidance and direction. Quality and variety of food menu very poor. Too much usage of WiFi usage (Cell Phones) required by customers to obtain services. Automated Elevators on Embarkation was a Nightmare. Food entrees were not hot enough just barely warm; Drinks Watered Down, Not Real Ice Cream or Sorbet in Dining Room. Too many Pasta Dishes. No real Variety on Buffets and Dinner Entrees.

I will no longer be sailing on Carnival. Low end cruiseline. They only service the cabin in morning now. Ship needed repairs. Big slide NEVER open. Big disappointment to kids. Entertainment not good. Breakfast just so-so, lunch good but dinner was wonderful. The staff we dealt with were great. Grandsons had hard time getting sodas at bars, bartenders ignored them. If this had been our first cruise I wouldn't sail again.

Cruise was only ok due to the fact that there was an abnormally large amount of extremely rude people on board the ship. These people were doing such things as sitting on the stairs blocking any people from using them. When you said excuse me they would just give you a dirty look and move just a little bit. Other incidents that occurred were a large amount of people that would bring portable speakers everywhere they went on the ship from restaurants to the pool. I guess if I liked that kind of music it wouldn’t of been that bad, but I didn’t so it was annoying. Cruise staff as usual were great.

Nice relaxing trip. The internet (as usual) was problematic but people were helpful. Service was consistently good. There were many time/day changes to our ports, some of which were disappointing (I.E. Arriving in Barbados at 11:30 which left little time to go to the beach and be back for dinner)

We took this new years cruise to celebrate! Hence the name, we had a great celebration on this ship. The staff was great, the food was great, it exceeded our expectations!

We had a great time because we were with family and friends but there's more cons to the ship than pro's so I would never sail that class of ship again.

We enjoyed everything about our vacay! The ship is amazing with so much todo. We took full advantage of our "Cheers" package and the Serenity deck.

After waiting over 3 years, a couple of postponed dates, thinking we would never be able to return to our beloved cruising, I must say this cruise made it worth the wait :) The ship, the decor, our cabin, the staff, and service, the entertainment, the food, the fabulous ship's officers, the weather, the feeling of welcome, it brought tears to my eyes to say we have returned. To know we are valued customers, and knowing also the staff were as happy to have us back, as we were to be back, made it so memorable.

Overall a great vacation as always with Carnival. Ship was fun, experience was fun, and the ports were amazing. Already booked our next Carnival cruise and can't wait to go on it this year.

Great time for a short trip to the Caribbean. Wish the weather had been warmer and no rain!

This was our 4th with Norwegian and this is what I experienced or was told by friends on the ship… At times all of these things happened… All Elevators stopped working for 45 minutes, cold water in room, water leakes, toilets would not flush, games were not working in the game area, no 1/2 and 1/2 in the dining rooms only coffee mate (chemicals) in one of those plastic little containers, terrible food in dining rooms, and just average at the spec dining restaurants, TERRIBLE INTERNET, no basil at any of the high end bars for any basil gimlet drinks… but if you like mudslides or frozen daiquiri’s your in luck, It was that type of cruise… but if your paying $900 per day you expect a little more. Norwegian used to be better than all of the others in terms of value for the money, but this cruise was the worst of any of the 13th cruises I have been on. Oh btw I never ever give bad reviews of anything but this time I had to warn others of this cluster*** of a cruise.
