Review summary

First and last time on a cruise as we ended up leaving stressed out from all of the constant noise into our room from the hallway, the constant lines and commotion of too many people and overall horrible elevator service in which we were constantly taking the stairs (even with our luggage). It was truly a stressful experience which we are unsure if it’s only Carnival or every cruise line.

Barely arrived while our luggage was being collected when we were told we needed to tip the handler

Service and Staff

Room attendant was pleasant in personality but very dark hair found multiple times on pillows, in the sheets and on room mirror counter. (We do not have dark hair and positive it was not ours. Grossed us out.)

Ship Quality

Horrific elevator service. We were only able to get an elevator about 4-5x’s the entire trip as the speed and availability was non-existent while the amount of people that would trample into the elevators was insane. Everyone complained there are high rise buildings with hundreds of floors which have amazing speed while 7-10 floors barely available. The common areas were clean but the temperatures in a few common areas were often too hot based on the amount of guests constantly waiting for elevators. Also recommend more trash receptacles be available throughout the ship. They are almost non existent.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
Extremely loud from the hallway. Constantly heard guests, vacuuming, etc. not to mention the cruise director announcements too many times per day. The constant noise and announcements stressed us out as opposed to being on a relaxing vacation.

Ship tip

Get ready to feel like you are back in summer camp with all of the announcements and having to wait in lines all the time.
