Caribbean - Western Cruise Reviews

This was a family trip. We all had a great time. The over night in Cozumel made for a nice port stop. We had assigned dinner at 5 which was great but we always missed sunset (due to time of year).

Smaller ship. We prefer the larger ships. Great service. Food was ok. Staff always friendly and was accommodating if any questions.

The cruise ship is great always find a place to hang out, doesn't feel crowded. The overall appearance of the ship is great

It was OK at best. I'll never go back on this ship. Very small. You can feel every single wave. Lack of things to do made it feel like a very long cruise.

We cruise 3-4 times per year The Epic was the filthiest NCL ship I have ever been on. The banisters were so dirty I used a hand sanitizer every time I came off the steps. The windows, and the balcony were disgusting. The room set up was awful, there was no real bathroom... and on and on and on

Food and service was horrible. Waited at one restaurant and hour before receiving our drinks. Food was cooked incorrectly.

First Norwegian Cruise after several Carnival. This one was disappointing. Entertainment lacking. Excellent evening meal seating, quick, convenient. Menu didn’t offer prime rib, lobster. Service varied. No free specialty restaurants, BBQ, Burger, Pizza, Chicken unlike Carnival.

Overal this was a pleasant cruise, much better than our NCL Epic expereience (5,400+ passengers). Will most likely use MSC again in the furture, just not one of the new Mega Ships.

This was our first Princess Cruise though not our first cruise. You get more "perks" with a package on most other lines, but we found the ship comfortable, the cruise accommodating. Food service is not their strong point.... it felt rushed and inconsistent.... in 7 nights they never came back and asked if we wanted a refill on wine or other drinks...some nights we weren't finished with appetizer before they brought the food out. They seemed rushed and overwhelmed.

Won't be sailing on this boat again. One of out ports got skipped and they only gave us a $15 refund. Pretty pathetic. Not much at all to do on the boat. Same 2 events replayed every single night. I know they can do better but choose not to.

Very good ports of call, but should be taken on a different Norwegian ship!

Needed more staff. Very old ship but really clean.

Ship handled rough seas like it was nothing. Staff great. Enjoyed entertainment.

I think other cruise lines do a better job. MSC has some work to do to catch up to other cruise lines.

We enjoyed our vacation in the Haven on the Epic. We were in the same suite last November around the Easter Mediterranean. Many of the staff greeted us with "Welcome Home". For us the Haven made all the difference. Great personal service, fine dinning and drinks. Getting escorted to shows, on and off the ship.

My only complaint about this cruise again was the casino being able to have smoking and not contained so you did have to walk through it and smell it on different floors. Otherwise it was a great cruise, the weather could’ve cooperated a little bit better, but that can be expected in February. Staff and food were wonderful.

70 year old booze cruise from hell.. my true rating is a 1.5 not the rating being calculated as I gave good reviews for the ports not the ship

We purposely didn't go ashore, didn't need to go ashore. Most days there was enough to do, but it was always sooo busy (too many people), I'm thinking it was at capacity. It took the fun out of it.

Too many lines for drinks and food. Not enough places to sit. rooms too small.not enough places too get ice. not enough elevators.
